Hand-Dyed Yarn Care

Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, each item may differ slightly both within and between dye lots. Alternating skeins every couple of rows is recommended when working with hand-dyed yarn. Photos are taken in natural lighting and I try to capture the true color of the yarn. However, colors may vary due to differences in lighting and screen settings.

Each skein/braid is dyed using professional dyes and is rinsed to remove excess dye. However, some bleeding may still occur with the first few washes and caution is recommended for dark colors and purples/reds/pinks. 

It is recommended to hand-wash our yarn in cool to luke-warm water, and lay flat to dry.
